摘要
茶道除了可被視為傳統文化之外,也是一種建立積極社會聯繫的機會,品茗當下的正念狀態讓人體驗到積極的情緒(例如幸福、鎮定、放鬆和內心的平靜),這些因素都可以共同促進個體的身心健康,本研究將正念和茶禪結合,希望能幫助中高齡者渡過健康幸福的晚年。研究採立意取樣非隨機分派之介入型實驗,共招募60位中高齡健康受試者,實驗組進行每週一次,每次90分鐘,連續4週的團體正念茶禪課程介入,對照組為單純品茗,評估工具為「台灣簡明版世界衛生組織生活品質問卷」(WHOQOL-BREF)及中文版「止觀覺察注意量表」。成對樣本t檢定(Paired Sample t test)結果顯示,兩組的「生活品質」量表總分皆未有顯著改變,「止觀覺察注意」部分,實驗組有顯著的改善(p < 0.001)。以共變異數分析(Analysis of Covariance, ANCOVA)進行組間比較,在排除前測對後測分數之影響後,兩組受試者在「生活品質」後測得分上未存在顯著差異(p值為0.446),但在「止觀覺察注意」後測得分上存在顯著差異(p < 0.001)。正念茶禪課程可以提升中高齡者正念止觀覺察注意力,應鼓勵中高齡者多多參與正念茶禪的活動,以增進身心健康。

As well as being considered a cultural tradition, the tea ceremony is also an opportunity to build positive social connections, and the mindful state of drinking tea allows one to experience positive emotions (such as happiness, calmness, relaxation and inner peace), which can work together to promote individual physical and mental health. This study adopts a purposive sampling non-random assignment intervention type experiment. A total of 60 middle-aged and elderly healthy subjects were recruited. The experimental group received a 90-minute group mindfulness tea Zen course once a week for 4 consecutive weeks. The control group simply drinking tea, the assessment tools are the "Taiwan Short Version of the World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaire" (WHOQOL-BREF) and the Chinese version of the "Mindful Awareness Attention Scale". The results of the Paired Sample t test showed that the total scores of the WHOQOL-BREF of both groups did not change significantly. In the "Mindful Awareness Attention Scale", the experimental group had a significant improvement (p < 0.001). The ANCOVA revealed significant differences between the two groups on the post score of the "Mindful Awareness Attention Scale" (p < 0.001). Mindfulness tea Zen can improve middle-aged and elderly individuals' Mindful Awareness Attention. Middle-aged and elderly people should be encouraged to participate in mindfulness tea Zen activities to improve physical and mental health.
